If you mean, when we can go by space ship to another star, then
the answer is probably never. The nearest star is so far away
that it takes light over 4 years to get here from there. We cannot
travel even one tenth of that speed and so it would take over 100
years to get to the nearest star. We do not live long enough
to get there.
