I am studying the effects of sleep deprivation, have any advice?



Replies:
Sure, try going without sleep for a few days.. see what it's like! It's one of the few experiments you can do by yourself with no special equipment! You could check your reaction to certain stimuli as a function of lack of sleep: measuring reaction time is a classic experiment. Or you could measure your pulse rate after some set of exercises...use your imagination!
