What is the current thinking on the connection between caffeine and cancer?

Answer: I'm not sure there is any current thinking on this. A quick check of the literature found research linking caffeine with hypertension, osteoporosis, and miscarriage, but nothing on cancer. You might be interested in a book by Anette Bak, 1993, called Caffeine, Coffee and Health.
