How can I solve this integral:

C(x)= (0,x)integral cos((PI)u*2/2) du

Example: (0,1)integral x dx = 1/2


Replies:
I am not sure if this is a proper forum for solving integral equations. In any case, one solution approach is to expand the cosine term in a series, integrate it term by term (it is easy), and then find an expression whose integral is given by the resulting series. I guess you can integrate by part twice as an alternative method.
