Searching for a product called 'POWER DRAIN
111" natural fat-draining agent of "ORTHOSIPHON," from Indonesia, this
is suppose to melt fat from your body and is being sold by Fundamental
Laboratories Lausanne, Switzerland. Will it really siphon out fat from the body?
will it be too effective?

If it is like other products of its kind it will prevent fats and oils from
being absorbed by your gut into your body's circulation. This is not the
best way to lose weight since this approach does not change eating or
exercise habits and even more alarming is that it prevents the absorption of
some vitamins and other nutrients that come with lipids (fats and oils).

Nope, it is too good to be true. Biochemically those "fat-melting" products
do not make any sense. Fat is your body's storage of broken-down sugar and
carbohydrates. The only 2 ways to get rid of fat (besides surgically) are
(1) to limit your intake of sugar & carbs so your body has to rely on its own
storage and
(2) to exercise so your body needs more energy and gets it from the fat (if
it's not getting energy from the sugars & carbs in your diet).
