What are some molecular ways to prevent bread mold from growing on bread?


Replies:
Not sure what you mean by "molecular"...everything is molecular at a certain level. Adding hydrogenated vegetable oil is pretty effective...not many organisms seem to manage to digest it well...including humans...trans fats are unusual in nature.
