Question:
What are the good bacteria in meat called, and how do
they help us?
Replies:
I would not consider any bacteria on meat as "good". Meat is muscle, and
muscle in an animal is free of bacteria until it is slaughtered. From there
on, it is susceptible to being food for all sorts of organisms...bacteria,
fungi...humans.
