Question:
Have you any information on the affects of temperature on the growth rates of captive or wild locusts? I have a 17 year old student wishing to develop an short project on the subject. We have facilties to keep a limited number of locusts in a variety of temperatures.

Replies:
Basic rule ...for every 10 degrees C rise there will be a doubling of the reaction rate...other than that I can't help u
